Quick note: The calligraphy post had a setback, which as usual was a nail polish that turned on me! I was super excited about it until I realized my RECENTLY purchased Sinful colors Bad Chick white had gone to glop. :( I don't cry over anything but nail polish. Sinful colors- how could you break my heart? Anyways so I hope you'll settle for this MV, to me it sounded like a remix of all APINK's songs that I liked but it was fresh and new. I also liked a lot of the colors in the MV and I ended up with quite the style, which I think is すてき. うれしいです!

Colors you will need: 色

핑크, 검정색, 하얀색, 실버, 파랑색, 반짝여요!
銀色, 青色, 黒, パンク,  白, 

Nail Design Layout

ネイルアト

Base Coat:

Left手 Thumb- Dots (from beginning of MV)

1) Paint several coats of silver銀色실버

2) With a creamy white, dot the left and right corners (check the picture)

3) Add real white dots

4) Place a gem on the bottom right corner

5) Top Coat (especially over the gem, those can fall off if you aren't careful)

Index Finger- Heart

1) Paint the nail a frosting color (like Tokyo Pearl, which I still want for myself!)

2) Paint a pink heart on it (I used a dotting tool, if you can help it, don't do that)

3) Write APINK on it in black, in Korean, as small as you possibly can... Nail brush! 

Middle Finger- Checker patterned floor

1) Paint your nail powerful white

2) Paint three black lines down- trust me it will look much better if you go as simple as the picture.

3) Paint three black lines across

4) Fill in black squares and touch up white ones

5) Top Coat

Ring Finger- Pink Converse Sneaker

1) Your nail should be pastel pink

2) Do the white bottom part of the shoe first

3) Paint three black lines on it, one in a U around the tip, one an almost straight line across the white part of the shoe, and an extra curved one on the side for 3D effect (I love Converse)

4) Top Coat

Pinky- Squares (wall in MV- the balloon room)

1) Paint three squares in pink- they should box each other (use a nailbrush)

2) Do an X in white running from corner to corner

3) Paint polka dots on the line closest to the tip

4) Top Coat

Right Hand- Thumb Sailor outfits

1) Paint a collar in Black

2) Use the navy blue to paint a huge bow

3) Topcoat

Index- Pink chain necklace

1) Use a nail brush to paint a chain across the nail in hot pink

2) Paint exploding lines (like you would see in a comic book) also in pink in the left corner

3) Which leaves room to write the Chinese/Japanese character for friend in black

4) Top Coat

Middle- Polka Blot

1) Paint different size polka dots all over the nail in white

2) Stick a fake gem at the tip

3) Seal with top coat

Ring- Pink Heart #2

1) Paint a heart on the nail in hot pink

2) Top Coat

Pinky- Naval stripes

1) Paint white stripes down the nail- use a striper or yours will look like mine

2) Top Coat

I'm still thinking of how to do more traditional nail art, so we'll see, hmm? In the meantime I like doing nail art based on Asian MV's, especially girl group MV's. For example Crayon Pop's Bing Bing and Bar Bar give you a lot of inspiration for nail designs. Another favorite for nail art was EXID's MV "I feel Good" and "Whoz that Girl". Criteria for the MV's I choose. Nothing unpleasant, immoral, or offensive! Like ever! The song has to be clean, the tone can't be depressing, and I have to like the MV.

However as I said I'm trying to think of how to get back to the traditional tone and I think I got something (whoever said being up at midnight was bad?), now I just gotta make it happen. C ya soon! 감사합니다!
